National Family Caregivers Association - The NFCA website offers tip sheets, how-to guides, a peer bulletin board and other resources for family caregivers.

National Organization for Empowering Caregivers - NOFEC provides assistance, education, support, referrals and respite volunteers for informal family caregivers.

National Partnership for Women & Families - The National Partnership uses public education and advocacy to promote fairness in the workplace, quality health care, and policies that help women and men meet the dual demands of work and family.

National Association of Working Seniors - NAWS is dedicated to addressing the needs and interests of working people age 50 and older. The "Family Matters" section of the website includes articles on caring for an aging parent.

American Association of Retired Persons - Through its website AARP offers resources on aging and retirement; discounts on drugs, travel; insurance, financial services, and a wide range of unique benefits and products for members. Articles and resources on caregiving can be found in the "Family, Home and Legal" section of the website.

The Eldercare Locator - The Eldercare Locator, a public service of the U.S. Administration on Aging, connects older Americans and their caregivers with sources of information on senior services. The service links those who need assistance with state and local area agencies on aging and community-based organizations that serve older adults and their caregivers.

Elder Issues/Life Ledger - Elder Issues offers several services, including their Life Ledger online record keeping service. Life Ledger allows users to create a personal record of medical and financial information. The user can grant family members, doctors or others access to the information in the event of an emergency.

Alzheimer's Foundation of America - AFA provides a network of websites offering information on Alzheimer's Disease and dementia, including resources for family and professional caregivers.

National Association for Continence - The NAFC website provides information on types of incontinence and treatment options. The online store offers publications for people living with incontinence, their caregivers and healthcare professionals.

The Simon Foundation for Continence - Provides information and educational materials about incontinence prevention and solutions.

The Incontinence Support Center - The Incontinence Support Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive and accurate information as well as offering support about incontinence in all it's forms. The website creates a sense of community through a forum and live chat features.

Wound Care, Ostomy & Continence Nurses Society - WOCN is a professional, international nursing society of nurse professionals who are experts in the care of patients with wound, ostomy and continence problems. The WOCN website provides patient guides and a WOC Nurse Referral tool for locating WOC nurses in your state.

United Ostomy Associations of America - The UOAA was created to fill the void left by the dissolution of the United Ostomy Association. The Christopher and Dana Reeve Paralysis Resource Center (PRC) - PRC provides a comprehensive, national source of information for people living with spinal cord injury, paralysis and all mobility related disabilities.

Spina Bifida Association of America - The mission of SBAA is to promote the prevention of spina bifida and to enhance the lives of all affected.

National Spinal Cord Injury Association - Dedicated to improving the quality of life for Americans living with the results of spinal cord injury and disease (SCI/D) and their families.

American Stroke Association (division of the American Heart Association) - The ASA provides information about strokes, stroke prevention and life after stroke, as well as resources for healthcare professionals.

The Stroke Network - An online stroke support organization providing stroke support and information.

SAFE (Stroke Awareness For Everyone) - An international Internet-centered coalition of stroke survivors and their families, in addition to doctors, nurses and therapists involved with stroke.
